Потому что не смотря на всю мою настойчивость Вы умудряетесь не заметить следующего абзаца: "Оn the other hand the Luftwaffe had requested

Что произошло осенью 1939.
То есть : (1) Ю 88 таки был специально разработанным пикировщиком
и (2) Вы свистите.
И никакого "ограничения на угол пикирования" у Ю 88 не было: был расщитан и заточен хоть под отвесное
