ОК, убедили, в то время широкоупотребительный термин.
Но сейчас в официальных правилах полетов ICAO есть только Instrument Flight Rules и есть Visual Flight Rules
нет в природе Blind Flight Rules
Термин "слепой полет" сейчас чаще приводится в кавычках
