Re: A Polish Memoris from one of this Lvov's prisons of VI 1941.
Hi
There is one of memoreis printed in Poland on the 90-ties, written by Polish women. She exactly survived in one of Lvov's prison these massarcres of NKVD, and she was liberated by Poles after Soviet withdrown and enterning Germans into the prisons, not pleasure memories about this particular days.
BTW accroding citisens of Lvov estiamation don in July 1941 total amout of mordered was estimated for about 4.000 peoples killed by NKVD, after the 22 VI 1941 there were packed several hundreds more people to each prisons, who were accused for Ukrainian "uprising"/ supporting partisans actions agains Soviets in Lvovs, so the Beria's data concerning the amout of prisoners on 22 or before 22 VI 1941, are not full.
Aong mordered were Ukrianin, Poles, Jews and also a few Germans PoW soldiers, captured in the first day of war.
