Here's what I've got on the subject from the ORB and Carl Sejerstedt-Bшdtker's log book.He was a Norwegian pilot flying with 41 Sqn.
ORB. "Armed Recce.At 0945 hrs the Wing became airborne to carry out a Sweep in the Rathenow area.Several wings of enemy fighters had been reported covering ground movements in the area.10 of our own a/c were led by W/C Keefer. G/C Johnson was leading 130 Sqn.Soon after crossing the Elbe the Sqn saw a very large number of single-engined a/c and went to investigate them._They turned out to be Russian a/c engaged in ground attacks on the Germans retreating from the North Eastern sector_.The Sqn joined in,damaging 9 MET and 26 HDV's to the West of Rathenow,returning to base at 1105 hrs.This was the first contact made by British fighters with Russian a/c.It was appropriate that it should take place on St. George's Day.45 gal. tank."

дело в том что в этот момент Як-9 штурмовали аэродром Дальгов и наверняка англичане могли видеть именно эти Яки!!!!
а 26 апреля был воздушный бой со Спитфаерами. Вот есть ли подробности???
