А что это за зверь PN-3?
Я нашёл только вот что:
1939, the Aero Club completed the last prototype of the single-engine two-seater closed cockpit monoplane PN-3, which had been designed by local aircraft designers. In principle, it was a modern combat aircraft with the designed maximum speed of more tha 500 km/h. This prototype facilitated the transition from basic trainers to combat planes. It was also used as a model to design and launch the production of single- and twin-engine fighter planes that could fly with the speed of 550-650 km/h.
